What it does

Adaptive Phish Triage gives security teams a workspace for handling suspicious emails reported by employees. AI classifies messages as safe, spam or malicious, analyzes headers, links and attachments, and helps prioritize the response. Configured confidence thresholds determine which cases can be resolved automatically and which need a person to investigate. Teams can remediate matching malicious messages across the organization, inspect the action history and reverse remediation when necessary.

Employees can report messages from Gmail, Outlook and mobile email workflows, with a forwarding alias available for other clients. Security teams configure the reporting route and automatic-action rules in Adaptive’s administration workspace. Optional VirusTotal checks require the organization’s own API key. Adaptive describes its products as usable together or individually; confirm Phish Triage packaging, email-system permissions and any training-simulation entitlement during a demo. General company pricing is quoted per seat, while the exact product scope and add-ons depend on the agreement. AI classification supports the security team’s investigation and does not guarantee that every threat or legitimate message is identified correctly.
