Gmail, Outlook and Slack interfaces in chat via MCP Apps
“now supports MCP Apps, bringing the Gmail, Outlook Mail, and Slack interfaces you know into your agent. Edit and send drafts right in the chat, and if your permissions don’t allow sending, there’s no Send button. How it works:”

What it does
Arcade is an actions runtime that sits between AI agents and the business systems they reach. When an agent asks to use a tool, Arcade checks the request against the signed-in user's permissions and the agent's assigned scope through your existing OAuth and identity provider flows, then executes it and records the agent, user, and system involved. Those records can be streamed to a SIEM.
Teams connect Arcade to an agent client such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, VS Code Copilot, or Claude Desktop, or to any remote MCP client, and sign in through the browser. Arcade offers a catalog of 8,000+ permission-aware tools for systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft, and Salesforce, plus Tool Recommendation to surface the tools relevant to a task. Custom tools can be built with the open-source Arcade framework in Python or JavaScript.
Arcade suits developers and security or IT teams deploying agents in enterprises. The Free plan includes 2,000 tool calls per month with no credit card, Team is $25 per month plus $0.01 per tool call, and Enterprise is custom-priced with SSO, RBAC, audit logs, and VPC or air-gapped deployment. Governance depends on your identity provider and OAuth configuration.
What it can do
- Enforces user-specific permissions through existing OAuth and identity provider flows so agents act only on behalf of the authenticated user
- Offers 8,000+ permission-aware tools for systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft, and Salesforce, plus custom MCP tools
- Tool Recommendation returns the few relevant tools for an agent's task, with up to 37% lower token costs
- Supports pre- and post-tool-call hooks for custom policies such as blocking sensitive actions or redacting PII
- Records each action with the agent, user, and system, streamed to a SIEM
- Lets teams build custom tools with the open-source Arcade framework in Python or JavaScript
