What it does
AURI is Endor Labs’ security tool for developers working with AI coding agents. It connects through an MCP server or command-line interface to check code and dependencies for vulnerabilities and exposed secrets, and to give agents remediation guidance while they work. Supported coding environments named by Endor Labs include Cursor, Claude Code, Codex and VS Code/Copilot; these are integrations through MCP, not proof of a separate native IDE extension.
The free Developer offering requires no account. Scans run locally and use read-only access to Endor Labs’ vulnerability data. Install and configure the MCP server for the chosen coding environment, or use the CLI, then review findings and proposed changes before applying them. The free offering has no dashboard UI, policy management or scan history. Endor Labs separately sells team products and editions for broader code, dependency and agent governance workflows; their capabilities, deployment options, seats and scan quotas depend on the purchased products. Contact the provider for team entitlements and pricing rather than assuming a single AURI plan includes the entire platform.
