What it does
Corti Embedded Assistant is an embeddable ambient scribing application for software teams building EHRs and healthcare platforms. It listens to a clinical conversation, transcribes speech with healthcare-optimized recognition, extracts clinical facts such as symptoms, history, vitals, and plans, and presents them as structured, editable items.
It is built to live inside existing healthcare software rather than beside it. Developers integrate it through a Web Component API (recommended), a PostMessage API, or a Window API, and decide when sessions start and stop, how recording is controlled, how documents are exported, and how authentication is handled. Branding, feature visibility, language support, and terminology can be customized. From one encounter, clinicians can generate several documents, such as SOAP notes, H&P, referrals, discharge summaries, or patient summaries.
It suits teams that want clinicians to document inside their own EHR or healthcare application. Access starts with a Corti Console account and an API client. The Assistant can also run as a standalone app, but it is designed primarily for embedding. Enterprise features such as EHR connectivity, medical coding, and custom guidelines are available through the same interface.
