What it does

Coval is a platform for testing and evaluating voice AI agents, with support for chat agents also described in its documentation. Teams can run simulated conversations before launch using realistic voice inputs, accents, background noise, IVRs, and edge cases. Coval scores production conversations, surfaces quality issues and regressions, and supports human review of calls so reviewer feedback can refine evaluation metrics. Results include evaluation scores and surfaced issues; the product also offers monitoring and observability views.

The product is aimed at developers and QA teams, enterprise agent-operations teams, and organizations building or operating voice agents, including in-house teams and agent platforms. Teams can use its web dashboard, REST API, CLI, or MCP server; the CLI supports terminal or CI use. To begin, sign up for the seven-day trial or request a demo. The trial requires a credit card. Published plans limit simulation minutes and monitored calls, with additional per-minute overage charges; enterprise pricing is negotiated.
