- Runs on

- Connection is added in the MCP client's settings or configuration file, using the Craft MCP URL.
What it does
Craft MCP is a connector that lets supported MCP clients read and update content in a Craft space. You add a Craft MCP server to a client's configuration, approve access in a browser window for the space you choose, and then ask the client to read, summarize, or edit your documents.
The Craft site lists MCP connections for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor, Visual Studio Code, Raycast, and other MCP clients. Example app templates, such as a reading log that saves quotes into Craft, show how connected tools can work with Craft content.
It suits people who already use an MCP-capable AI client and keep notes or documents in Craft. Setup means adding the MCP URL to a client's configuration file or form and approving access on the Craft authorization page. Craft itself has Free, Plus, Family, Team, and Enterprise plans, and AI session allowances differ by plan.
