What it does

cubic is an AI code reviewer that checks pull requests against a codebase and the team’s review rules. It flags suspected bugs, considers effects beyond the changed lines and can learn rules from prior human comments. Reviews also work from the CLI before a change is pushed.

Paid capabilities include codebase scans, handoffs to coding agents for fixes and optional approval of low-risk changes. It is useful for engineering teams that want another review pass while retaining their own merge policy. Plan allowances are measured in reviewed added and deleted lines, with different limits for free PR reviews and paid developer seats.

What it can do

Before you choose

  • Automatic approvals are optional workflow behavior and need an appropriate repository policy.
  • Paid limits apply to reviewed lines per developer, not unlimited repository activity.
