Definely MCP

What it does

Definely MCP connects enterprise AI tools to Definely’s contract-review technology. It supplies a deterministic map of clauses, definitions and cross-references, along with precedent retrieval and structural checks. An assistant can use those tools to ground drafting in the actual contract and flag undefined terms or broken references.

The interface also exposes proofreading and issues-list generation. It is useful for legal teams working in Claude, ChatGPT or another approved AI workflow that need an independent checking layer alongside generated text. The provider arranges access; confirm client support, document permissions and licensing before connecting confidential material.
