What it does
Everlaw is an AI platform for litigation and investigations that takes in case evidence, including documents, emails, spreadsheets, audio and video transcripts, and other file types, and produces searchable, reviewable, citation-backed results. Its AI tools include coding suggestions for first-pass review, Deep Dive natural-language answers that cite source documents, predictive coding, document clustering, and drafting help. Outputs link back to the underlying record so reviewers can verify them.
Teams use Everlaw for review, early case assessment to narrow large document sets, deposition and trial preparation, legal holds, and FOIA or public records handling. Its emphasis is on very large matters: Deep Dive is described as proven across data sets of more than 20 million documents, and the largest matter on the platform exceeded 239 million documents. Omni, its agentic layer, orchestrates Everlaw tools from a chat prompt, and Case Memory extracts facts from matter documents.
Everlaw suits law firms, corporate legal departments, and government legal offices handling large, high-stakes matters. Its security program includes SOC 2 Type 2 certification, FedRAMP Moderate, and GovRAMP Moderate authorization. Access starts with a demo request. Omni is in early access, with general availability expected in early 2027 as a premium offering and pricing still to come.
