What it does
GTM.AI takes in ZoomInfo company, contact, technographic, intent and news data, along with CRM records, call and meeting conversations, and playbooks you connect. It links companies to their parent, subsidiary and site relationships, contacts to their job changes, and accounts to their activity, then gives an AI agent a consistent starting point for research and next steps.
Teams use it from an agent such as Claude Code, from a terminal, or through a REST API in an application. The product page shows a meeting-prep example: an agent reads CRM stage, call transcripts, company news and a team playbook, then proposes a next CRM step. Pre-built GTM Optimized Skills, such as Account Health and Next Best Action, package these context-driven tasks for repeat use.
It suits sales, marketing and RevOps teams, and developers building agent workflows on ZoomInfo data. Sign-up is required, and data access follows your ZoomInfo entitlements. Results depend on which CRM and conversation sources you connect and the permissions you hold in them.

- Map parent, subsidiary and site relationships between companies

Example workflows
- Meeting preparation brief
- Input: a CRM account, recent calls and company news. Steps: the agent pulls account research, reviews conversation intelligence for open requirements, checks signals and applies the team playbook. Output: a briefing on what changed, who should attend and a proposed CRM next step.
- Account health review
- Input: recent customer conversations for an account. Steps: the Account Health skill reads conversations for risk, momentum and relationship changes. Output: a summary of risks and momentum for the account team to review.
Before you choose
- Customer history and CRM context appear only when the relevant sources are connected and you have permission to read them.
- Data access depends on your ZoomInfo entitlements, so coverage may differ by account.
- The CRM and call examples on the page are illustrative demonstrations, not verified customer outcomes.
