What it does

Help Scout MCP connects external AI assistants to support conversations, customer information, inbox data and Docs content. It uses each person’s Help Scout sign-in, so the assistant can retrieve only information available to that user.

New connections are read-only: the assistant can find and summarize information but cannot send, edit or delete it. Standard, Plus and Pro accounts with API access are supported; reporting requires Plus or Pro. Docs searches also require a Docs API key, and returned information enters the connected AI client.
