Automations can then send messages without manual intervention; users can also respond from the dashboard.

Its AI agent can answer using information from a website, FAQ or price list, follow configured tone and style, collect details such as email or budget, and hand a conversation to a person. Other features include keyword-triggered comment-to-DM messages, segmented campaigns, and a searchable, tagged contact inbox and CRM.
