What it does

Intezer's AI SOC takes in alerts from connected security tools such as endpoint products, identity providers, phishing mailboxes, SIEMs, cloud platforms and network sources. For each alert it collects evidence and returns a verdict, closing false positives automatically and escalating real threats with a remediation plan. Investigation results also feed back into detection rules and triage logic.

Security teams use it to triage alerts that would otherwise be deprioritized, including low-severity signals, and to route escalated incidents to a SOAR or ticketing system. Analysts can challenge verdicts in the platform, and response actions such as disabling a user or isolating a device can run automatically or after human review. Intezer pairs deterministic forensic analysis with AI models rather than relying on AI alone.

Intezer is aimed at enterprise and MSSP security operations teams handling high alert volumes. Access is sales-led: the pricing page offers Starter and Complete packages priced by endpoints, and a demo is requested through the vendor's form.
