What it does

Mindflow is an AI-enabled automation platform for SecOps, ITOps, and CloudOps teams. Users can describe a use case in a prompt; its text-to-automation feature is presented as generating workflow steps and tailored flows that call service APIs. The platform also provides a no-code visual interface, automation templates, AI agents, and tools to document flows.

The platform supports enterprise operations teams through collaborative workspaces and role-based permissions. Examples include enriching security incidents, analyzing email indicators and creating tickets across connected services. Relay Agent connects on-premises tools through Cloudflare Zero Trust; it does not establish self-hosting of the whole platform.
