MindsHub
Shared AI model access, agents, and spending controls for teams
- Tool type
- Hosted AI model access and agent workspace
- Made for
- Teams and developers
- Runs on
- Web console, API endpoint, and desktop app
- The web console manages accounts and billing; the API runs requests against the hosted endpoint; the desktop app runs code on the user's own computer.
What it does
MindsHub takes in prompts and tasks from teams and individuals, routing them to a range of AI models from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others. It also provides agent workspaces for research, analysis, reports, and recurring work, and an API for calling models from code. Organization admins get balances, budgets, roles, API keys, and usage breakdowns by model, member, team, and key.
People use MindsHub in two main ways: through MindsHub Agents, where they describe a task and the agent researches, analyzes, or produces artifacts such as reports or spreadsheets; and through MindsHub Inference, where developers point an existing OpenAI or Anthropic SDK at a MindsHub endpoint and switch models by changing a model name. Its distinct features are a single key and bill across many providers, spending limits at organization, team, workspace, member, and API-key levels, and a free default model for everyday non-coding work.
MindsHub suits teams that want shared model access with cost visibility and administrative control. Model usage draws from a prepaid balance, and an always-free allowance is available to every team member without a trial period. Limitations include daily fair-use limits on the free allowance, and the pages describe the desktop app as running code on the user's own computer. Teams can assign shared model access while monitoring usage across the workspace.
