What it does

Not Diamond is an intelligent model router for coding agents. It predicts which model and reasoning effort to use for a step based on the request, session history, cache state and feedback. The routing recommendation is then executed through the organization’s existing model gateway and agent harness.

The service is useful for teams balancing model quality, cost and latency across long coding sessions. It learns from session outcomes and supports different providers and harnesses, with privacy-preserving routing available for deployments that use locally derived features instead of sending request content. Access starts with an application or pilot discussion. Evaluate recommendations on your own workloads: routing fees are additional to model-provider usage, and the best cost-quality tradeoff depends on the task and available model pool.
