What it does
Pipedrive MCP Server connects compatible AI assistants to CRM data through OAuth. The assistant can search deals, contacts, organizations and leads, retrieve pipeline information, create activities and update supported records using the connected user’s permissions.
The official Claude and ChatGPT connectors provide a setup path without operating a server. MCP access is available on Pipedrive plans subject to included token limits, with additional tokens available for purchase. Users should review changes to deals and customer records, and account for any separate AI-client charges.
