What it does
Quickchat AI takes in your website content, documents, URLs, and optional connected tools such as Shopify, Stripe, or your own APIs, then produces an AI Agent that answers visitor and team questions in chat. Each reply is generated from your Knowledge Base and can run configured Actions, such as looking up an order or creating a ticket. Conversations can be handed to a human operator with context.
People typically build an Agent in the web app, add knowledge sources, set its personality and guidelines, then deploy it to a website chat widget, WhatsApp, Slack, or helpdesks such as Zendesk and Intercom. The Inbox shows each conversation along with the sources behind an answer, which helps teams audit replies and find content gaps.
Quickchat AI suits small and mid-size businesses running support or sales conversations, and enterprises that need data controls. Access starts with a free plan for non-commercial use; commercial use requires a paid plan. Paid plans include monthly AI credits, and Enterprise is priced per resolution with a 2,000-resolution monthly minimum. Advanced models consume more credits per reply.
