Sona

What it does

Sona is an AI voice agent built into Quo, a shared business phone system. It answers inbound calls around the clock, responds to questions using business details you provide such as hours, services, pricing and FAQs, takes messages, and captures lead information through questions you customize. During a call it can send the caller a text with a scheduling link, form or directions, and it can transfer the caller to a teammate or department.

Every call Sona handles is recorded and summarized in the Quo inbox, so your team follows up without a separate dashboard. Sona can be added at several points in a call flow, with different greetings and knowledge for business hours and after hours, and you can test it before launch. Billing is credit-based, with one call equal to 100 credits.

Sona is positioned for small businesses and service teams such as home services, property management and law firms. It runs only inside Quo, answers inbound calls only, and supports English, Spanish and French without switching languages mid-call. It is an add-on to a paid Quo plan.

• Sona answers inbound calls only and cannot make outbound calls.
• Language support is limited to English, Spanish and French, with no mid-call language switching.
• A free trial Quo account cannot purchase the Sona add-on until converted to a paid plan.
