Read AI Meeting Notes & Reports
Automatic meeting summaries, transcripts and action items from calls and uploads
- Tool type
- AI meeting notetaker
- Made for
- Individuals, teams and organisations
- Runs on
- Web, desktop and mobile apps
- Windows, macOS, iOS 17.5+, Android 12+; Chrome extension
What it does
Read AI joins Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams meetings, or records through its desktop and mobile apps, and turns the conversation into a meeting report. The report contains a summary, key discussion points, action items, a speaker-by-speaker transcript with participant reactions and sentiment, and coaching metrics such as talk time and bias. You can also upload your own audio or video recordings to get the same kind of report.
People use it to skip manual note-taking and to find the moments that mattered, since reports arrive in an inbox or the Meeting Report page and can be sent onward to tools such as Slack, Zapier and webhooks. It differs from plain transcription by adding audience reactions, engagement-based highlights and speaker coaching. Video playback and highlight reels require the Enterprise plan.
It suits individuals, teams and organisations that hold many video calls and want searchable records. A free plan with five meeting transcripts per month needs no credit card, and sign-up is through the web app. Limits to note: the free plan caps meeting length at one hour and excludes uploads, premium integrations need a paid plan, Enterprise requires five or more licenses, and the reports rely on automated transcripts that should be checked.
