What it does

Recall takes in articles, YouTube videos, podcasts, PDFs, notes, and other saved content, then produces AI summaries with timestamps, auto-generated tags, a linked knowledge graph, and quizzes. You can listen to summaries with text-to-speech and chat with your saved library, the open web, or both.

People use it as a read-later app and personal knowledge base, saving content from the browser and returning to it on a phone. Recall links related items automatically and resurfaces connections while you browse, and you can export your data in Markdown.

Recall suits students, researchers, and lifelong learners who collect a lot of reading and video. The Free plan includes unlimited saves and notes with 10 AI summaries per month. Quizzes, unlimited summaries, and bulk actions are tied to paid tiers, and heavy subscription usage is subject to fair-use review.

Input: a YouTube link saved from the browser. Steps: Recall creates a summary with timestamps, tags it, and links it to related saved items. Output: a timestamped summary you can read or listen to later.

Chat across a saved library

Input: a question asked in AI Chat. Steps: choose saved content, the open web, or both, then ask. Output: an answer grounded in your saved sources, with the option to save it as a note.

• AI summaries are limited to 10 per month on the Free plan; unlimited use requires Plus or Max.
• Plus and Max include unlimited use for typical volume, but Recall may pause or adjust subscriptions with significantly high usage under its Fair Use Policy.
• Chat with saved content is scoped to the specific sources you stored, not the entire internet, unless you choose the web option.
