What it does
Rime provides voice AI models for real-time conversation. Its text-to-speech models, Coda v2 and Mist v3, turn text into audio with control over accent, pace, and tone. Rime STT transcribes live calls and files in English or Spanish, and Prism is a speech-to-speech model that listens, reasons, and replies in one pass, generating text before audio so each response can be checked before a caller hears it.
Teams use Rime to give voice agents, IVR, and telephony workflows a voice. The models are reached through HTTP, WebSocket, and gRPC APIs, a dashboard, a CLI, and an MCP server, with integrations for frameworks such as LiveKit, Pipecat, Vapi, Daily, SignalWire, and VideoSDK. Pronunciation controls for names and alphanumerics, word-level timestamps for interruption handling, and cloud, VPC, or on-prem deployment are also covered.
Rime suits developers and enterprise voice teams building production agents in fintech, healthcare, and hospitality. A free account includes $50 of usage each month with no card required, and paid use is metered per minute. Prism is English-focused and Mist v3 covers a shorter language set than Coda, while BAA, custom voices, and volume pricing require talking to sales.
