Tali AI Scribe

What it does

Tali AI Scribe turns a clinician's patient visit into a structured clinical note. A clinician opens Tali in a browser, as a desktop app or through a Chrome extension on top of their EMR, records the conversation or dictates a summary, and Tali generates a SOAP or consult note that can follow custom templates and be added to the patient chart.

The same account also includes medical dictation into EMR fields, clinical medical search for drug and guideline questions, form filling, billing-code suggestions and follow-up task lists, and it works for in-person, virtual and phone visits. It is built for Canadian primary-care clinicians and lists several Canadian and U.S. EMR integrations.

A free Personal plan limits usage to five scribes a month; paid plans and a 14-day trial raise or remove the limits. Tali needs a microphone and a separate Tali account in addition to the EMR login, and its voice commands for the EMR assistant work only with fully integrated EMRs.

• Tali needs microphone access and a separate Tali account in addition to your EMR account.
• The free Personal plan caps usage at 5 AI scribes and 60 minutes of dictation a month; the pricing page shows inconsistent paid prices, so confirm current rates before purchase.
• Deeper EMR actions such as voice commands for forms and reminders work only where the EMR is fully integrated, and generated notes should be reviewed by the clinician.

Monthly and annual toggles appear on paid plans, but the page text shows two different price tables, so amounts are not recorded. Dictation and AI scribe volumes vary by plan. Part-time accounts are listed at $80 per month.
