Clinicians press start at the beginning of the visit, then review and edit the note by voice before sending it into their medical record system in one click.
Relevant diagnosis and procedure codes are suggested alongside the note through the Coding Assistant, and Ask Tandem provides source-linked clinical guideline answers in the same interface. Personalisation carries clinician edits into later notes through personal and clinic-level memories and custom vocabulary. Visits can be captured on a phone for home visits and continued on another device.
