Its tool definitions are offered for SDKs such as Vercel AI SDK, LangChain.js, OpenAI, Anthropic and Mastra, and REST APIs cover backend workflows.

Edits can be scoped to specific sections and shown as suggestions that users accept or reject. Model calls stay in your own stack, so you choose the models and infrastructure while Tiptap handles the document layer.

Access requires a Tiptap subscription, with the toolkit sold as an add-on, and Enterprise buys it through a custom contract. AI provider usage is billed separately.
