What it does

v0 takes a plain-language description, a template, a wireframe or mockup, screenshots or Figma files, and produces working web applications: user interfaces, backend logic and database connections. You can see a live preview as it builds, then publish the result as a live website, push the code to GitHub, or open a pull request for review.

People use it to prototype landing pages, dashboards, internal tools and full-stack apps without starting from a blank project. It works as an agent that plans tasks, searches the web, inspects sites, fixes errors and connects to databases and APIs.
