What it does
WRITER Agent takes a plain-language goal and produces a plan, then carries it out across connected business data and tools. Outputs include finished documents, presentations, dashboards and spreadsheets, formatted to a team's brand voice. It can also join meetings, transcribe them live and circulate a shared summary of decisions and next steps.
Teams describe a workflow in natural language and save it as a Playbook, which can be reused, shared and scheduled as routines. The agent pauses at points where it needs input instead of running unattended. Work is grounded in a knowledge graph of company data, brand guidelines and compliance rules. Admins set permissions and guardrails centrally and can review audit logs and usage analytics, which separates it from a chat-only assistant.
It suits organizations that want repeatable, governed automation in areas such as marketing, sales and support, plus IT or platform teams that must control access. Smaller teams can start on a Starter plan with a 14-day free trial and no credit card; larger deployments go through sales. Starter limits users, Playbooks, routines and connectors, and several advanced governance, SSO and compliance features appear to be Enterprise-level. Pricing for paid tiers is not published on these pages.

Example workflows
- Reusable campaign asset Playbook
- Input: a campaign goal, brand voice profile and connected company data. Steps: describe the workflow in natural language, let the agent draft a plan, review at its prompts for input, then save it as a Playbook. Output: a brand-styled document or presentation the team can rerun.
- Meeting follow-up
- Input: a scheduled call the agent joins. Steps: it transcribes in real time, summarizes decisions and next steps for attendees, then starts follow-up work from them. Output: a shared summary and drafted follow-up deliverables.
