Adapt Company Agent

What it does

Adapt Company Agent connects organizational knowledge and business tools so teams can delegate work through a workspace, Slack or email. Specialized agents can investigate support issues, prepare account research, reconcile data and draft follow-ups. They share context and split tasks across tools, then return changes and decisions for review. Agents use the requesting person’s permissions and ask for approval on sensitive work. Teams still define objectives, check results and decide consequential actions.

The platform combines an agent harness, isolated execution environments, persistent files and memory, and a gateway to model providers. Managed deployment is available on Adapt Cloud or in a customer VPC, with engineers helping configure initial workflows. Request a workspace or discuss an enterprise deployment, connect the required systems, and test a narrow task before expanding access. Cloud pricing combines compute, storage and model usage; zero platform and seat fees do not mean free operation. The infrastructure components can also be used independently. The announced open-source harness preview has a future release date, so confirm current availability and licensing before planning a self-hosted setup.

Cloud requires payment and prepaid usage. Compute combines $0.0351 per vCPU-hour and $0.0112 per GiB-hour, billed by the second; parked compute is not billed. Persistent storage is $0.09/GB-month after 50 GB and egress $0.16/GB after 50 GB/month. Memory is $0.50 per 1,000 memories/month, with retrieval free. Model usage uses customer keys at provider rates with no gateway markup, or Adapt keys at list price plus 5.5%. Enterprise has a one-time setup fee and annual agreement for managed deployment. Confirm dollar currency, allowances and the overall workflow estimate.
