What it does

EveOS is an AI platform for plaintiff law firms. It takes in case records, medical bills, depositions, call recordings, and intake leads, and organizes them into a live, structured view of each matter. It also produces outputs such as medical chronologies, demand letter drafts, discovery responses, and legal research with citations.

Firms use it through several modules. Atlas keeps case data current as records arrive, Auditor reviews every active matter each night for buried injuries and treatment gaps, Intake answers calls and qualifies leads, Agents draft documents and handle routine communications while the team stays in control, and Research answers with citations that can be opened and verified. The platform connects to phone systems such as RingCentral, Zoom Phone, and Dialpad, and to CRMs and case management tools such as Clio Grow, SmartAdvocate, Litify, and Lead Docket.

It is built for plaintiff firms in personal injury, labor and employment, medical malpractice, Social Security disability, and workers' compensation. Firms sign in through the web app and begin by scheduling a demo. Pricing is not published, drafted work is meant for attorney review, and the Analyst module is described as in design with waitlist access.
