What it does

fileLedger is an AI bookkeeping application for capturing invoices and bank statements and preparing accounting entries. It classifies incoming files, extracts line items, normalizes the data and routes results into an accounting system. Bank-statement workflows can feed extracted transactions into Xero’s reconciliation view, avoiding a manual CSV transfer.

Validation, duplicate detection, approval workflows and audit trails help finance teams review the result before posting. Plans apply to a selected agent and include an allowance of completed flows, with additional agents or larger volumes arranged separately. The site also describes broader reconciliation and expense-report workflows, but the current pricing selector marks those agents as coming soon. Choose an available agent, connect the relevant ledger and test both normal documents and exceptions before enabling scheduled exports.

The monthly Purchase-to-Ledger view shows Lite at $13 for 250 flows and Standard at $43 for 1,000 flows. Each plan covers one agent; confirm pricing for additional agents.
