What it does
Foxit Workspace is a browser-based and desktop AI environment for work that spans multiple documents. You load up to 100 files per project, including PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, and links, and ask questions across all of them. Scanned documents are read through OCR, and answers show the source document and section they came from.
People use Workspace to compare contracts, orient themselves in inherited document sets, and turn research into structured outputs. It can generate presentations, reports, diagrams, mind maps, web pages, Markdown, and HTML from the project's files, saved and editable in place. Reusable one-click Skills, such as Summary, Report, and Quiz, let teams repeat tasks with consistent output, and you can switch between OpenAI and Google models within one project.
Workspace suits knowledge workers, students, and teams handling large document sets. A free Foxit account includes 300 monthly credits and Windows or Mac desktop downloads or browser access. MCP connectors for Notion, Atlassian, Asana, HubSpot, and Figma are available only in the desktop app, not the browser version. Limitations include the 100-file cap per project and credit-based usage for AI work.
