Generated Photos Face Generator

What it does

Face Generator takes a set of parameters you choose, such as sex, age, skin tone, hair color and length, emotion, head pose, accessories, makeup, and ethnic traits, and produces a photo-realistic face in the browser. You can tweak one attribute, like age or head pose, to get variations of the same face, or generate a new face with a single click. Output images can be downloaded, with watermarks on images from the 3-day trial.

People use it to build unique model faces for design, marketing, ecommerce, and research rather than sourcing photos of real people. The site states its training images are model-released photos captured in its own studio, and describes the images as free of personality-rights and royalty obligations. Commercial use requires a paid license, either a one-time purchase or a subscription that includes monthly photos at higher resolution.

Suits designers, marketers, and researchers who need consistent, rights-cleared synthetic faces and can accept that some generations show artifacts such as odd hair patches or unusual angles. Access is through the web app; a free trial adds watermarks, and paid use requires a purchase or subscription. Limitations include uneven quality at unusual angles, and the site notes that AI-generated images can sometimes be detected.

What it can do

• Generate photo-realistic faces from adjustable parameters such as sex, age, skin tone, and emotion
• Adjust individual attributes of an existing face to produce variations of the same person
• Control head pose and angles when generating a face
• Download generated images, with watermarks during the free trial
• Buy single images or a subscription that includes monthly photos for commercial use
• Request bulk downloads and custom datasets

Works with

• API access for programmatic use of Generated Photos and Anonymizer

Before you choose

• Images from the free trial carry a watermark and are not licensed for commercial use without purchase.
• Some generations show artifacts, especially at unusual angles or in hair and facial detail.
• Paid commercial use requires a license; the site states photos are used under its terms.

Get started

Generate faces directly on the web page; a 3-day trial is offered.

1. Open the Face Generator page and select a sex, age, and skin tone to create a starting face.
2. Adjust parameters such as head pose, emotion, or hair to refine the face; choose to update the current face or generate a new one.
3. Choose a download option: use the 3-day trial for watermarked images, or buy a license or subscription for commercial, watermark-free downloads.

The 3-day trial is time-limited and produces watermarked images, so it is not a permanent free tier. The pricing page shows a yearly/monthly toggle with a 15% discount marked on yearly billing. Per-image bulk pricing applies to purchases without a subscription. API pricing is listed separately.

3-day free trial.
