What it does

GTM Workspace takes in live account signals, CRM records such as accounts, opportunities, contacts, and activities, call transcripts, and ZoomInfo buyer intelligence. It produces a prioritized feed of account signals, AI-generated account briefs, meeting prep documents, personalized outreach drafts, and CRM updates synced back to the system of record.

Sellers use it as a daily workspace layered on top of Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics rather than a replacement for those systems. Pulse Feed groups daily signals by account, AI Chat assembles CRM history and call context into an account brief with source citations, and AI Docs drafts emails and briefs that can be sent through Gmail, Outlook, Outreach, or Salesloft.

It suits sales reps, account executives, sales leaders, and account managers whose teams already run a supported CRM alongside ZoomInfo data. Access depends on purchasing a ZoomInfo package, and pricing is custom and handled through the sales team.

What it can do

  • Pulse Feed: surfaces daily buying intent, job change, funding, and hiring signals, grouped by account
  • AI Chat: builds account briefs from CRM history, call transcripts, and ZoomInfo intelligence with source citations
  • AI Docs: generates meeting prep briefs, deal status reports, and personalized outreach
  • Views: live tables of accounts, contacts, and opportunities with real-time Salesforce sync
  • CRM enrichment: adds company, contact, buying signal, and technographic data to CRM records within Views
  • Direct data access via API, MCP, and CLI, priced on usage

Works with

  • Salesforce
  • HubSpot
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Gmail
  • Outlook
  • Outreach
  • Salesloft
  • Snowflake
  • Databricks

Example workflows

Pre-call account prep
Input: an account with recent Pulse Feed signals, CRM history, and call transcripts. Steps: open the account in AI Chat and request a brief; review cited CRM and signal sources; generate a meeting prep doc in AI Docs. Output: an account brief and meeting prep document grounded in CRM and ZoomInfo data.
Post-call CRM update
Input: a completed call with transcript captured. Steps: AI captures call updates; review the proposed changes in Views; push updates to the CRM. Output: CRM opportunity and account records updated with less manual entry.

Before you choose

  • Pricing is custom based on data use cases and needs; confirm packages, credits, and seat terms with sales before committing.
  • Requires an existing supported CRM, and sync behavior and permissions depend on that CRM's configuration.
  • Signal volume and compliance claims are vendor-stated and should be validated in your own evaluation.
