What it does

Guidde turns a captured screen workflow into a narrated, step-by-step video guide. It generates a script from recorded steps, adds captions and highlights, and lets the author edit the result before sharing it. Browser capture is the basic entry point. Desktop and mobile capture, document-to-video creation and AI text-to-voice features require higher plans; available exports also depend on the subscription.

Teams use Guidde to explain onboarding tasks, support procedures, software operations and product features. Authors can adjust the generated steps and narration, apply branding and share a guide by link or embed it where colleagues work. Enterprise options include translated versions, in-app guidance through Broadcast and Guidde Ask, which answers questions from a guide library and links to its sources. These are capabilities within Guidde, with separate plan entitlements.

Guidde suits teams building training or support documentation, including L&D, customer education, and operations groups. A free plan allows up to 25 how-to videos; paid plans unlock unlimited videos, branding, and exports, and Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM, and multi-language translation. Support article from an existing PDF

Illustrative example. Input: an existing PDF how-to guide. Steps: upload the PDF on a paid plan, convert it to a guide, add captions and branding, export to the knowledge base as MP4 or PDF. Output: a video version of the guide for the help center.
