What it does

Handoff is an AI-native construction platform for residential builders, remodelers and trade contractors. Supply a scope, plans, job photos or voice notes, along with the project location and your own rates and markup rules. Its AI teammate turns those inputs into draft estimates, material lists, proposals and job documentation. Contractors can review and revise the output before sending it for customer approval. Cost data is localized to US project locations; verify quantities, assumptions and local conditions before quoting.

The same workspace connects customer records, estimates, project schedules, daily logs, change orders, invoices and payments. Browser, iOS and Android access support both office and site work. Features depend on the subscription: Pro adds the project-management suite and site walkthroughs; Scale adds residential-plan takeoffs up to 7,000 square feet and ongoing API/MCP access. • The trial is temporary. Pro and Scale specify a 12-month commitment; annual rates are monthly equivalents.
• Payment-processing fees and integration entitlements are separate from base subscription amounts.
