What it does
Ivo Review takes the contract you are working on, together with your playbooks, negotiation history, and deal context, and produces redlines and recommendations inside Microsoft Word or Google Docs. Recommendations are organized by topic, and the page states that each one is tied to the source contract behind it. It also detects the governing law and applies region-specific positions and fallbacks.
It can review incoming counterparty paper or respond to counterparty redlines on your own paper, with logic adjusted for which side you are on. Playbook Builder drafts a playbook from existing executed agreements, and a single review can run up to three playbooks together, such as an MSA with a DPA overlay. An Assistant applies plain-language, playbook-backed edits to the open document and retrieves case law and statutes with citations from legal databases.
It suits in-house legal and contracts teams that handle recurring agreements and want faster first-pass redlines. Access starts with a demo request, and the output depends on the playbooks and deal context you supply. Reviewers decide which proposed changes fit the agreement and the organization’s requirements.
