What it does

MeetGeek takes in meeting audio or video from Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams calls, in-person conversations, desktop recordings, uploaded files, and phone calls. It produces transcripts, AI summaries, action items, topic timelines, and a searchable meeting history. A bot can join Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams meetings, or recording can run without a bot through the Chrome extension or desktop app.

People use it to capture meetings and then act on them. Meeting Skills can update a CRM, create tasks in Notion, Jira, or Linear, or draft follow-up emails, triggered by meeting end, a keyword, or a schedule. Voice Agents can take or assist calls. AI Chat lets users ask questions across one meeting or many, and team sharing, comments, and cross-meeting analytics are available on higher plans.

It suits sales, customer success, recruiting, and managers who run recurring calls. The Basic plan is free with 3 hours of transcription per month. Pro and Business add more transcription, automation, and team features, and Enterprise is custom-priced. The site states EU and US data hosting, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance, and no training on customer data. Usage limits and integration depth vary by plan.
