- Developers building AI applications

- Python 3.11 or newer
What it does
any-llm is a Python library that provides a common interface to multiple LLM providers. Developers select the provider and model while keeping the application’s calling pattern consistent, using official provider SDKs where available.
The library runs inside the application without requiring a separate proxy or gateway. It is useful when testing models or supporting different providers across deployments. Install the provider-specific extras and supply the appropriate credentials; model capabilities and billing still depend on each provider.
What it can do
- Unified model calls
- Provider selection
- Provider SDK integration
- Local-model support
Before you choose
- A common interface does not make every model support identical features.
- Provider API usage is billed separately.
