What it does
Harvest MCP Server connects AI agents to current and historical infrastructure telemetry collected by NetApp Harvest. It supports questions about health, performance, alerts and capacity across monitored storage systems and supported network equipment.
The server queries an existing Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics database and can run locally or as a hosted HTTP service. It analyzes collected data without changing storage configuration. The usefulness of its answers depends on collection coverage, freshness and the interpretation of the AI client.
