Pactum
Digital workers for indirect procurement, from intake to purchase order
- Tool type
- AI digital workers for indirect procurement
- Made for
- Procurement and buying teams at large enterprises
- Runs on
- Web app, Microsoft Teams, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Pactum API
- Requests arrive in Teams or a P2P system; Pactum can also run standalone in its own web product.
What it does
Pactum takes purchase requests from intake to purchase order. Requests arrive in plain words, typically through Microsoft Teams or a procurement system, and are checked against a rulebook built from the company's procurement policy. Digital workers then source and negotiate the purchase with suppliers and place the order, while the company's team makes the final contract award.
Teams use Pactum for single-source negotiation, tactical and advanced sourcing, post-sourcing negotiation, and Campaigns that negotiate payment terms and discounts across many suppliers at once. All six digital workers follow one shared rulebook, and anything outside the set limits escalates to the team. Pactum connects to Coupa and SAP Ariba, accepts requisitions through the Pactum API, or runs on its own in Pactum.
Pactum suits larger organizations with substantial indirect spend; the company typically works with firms above $250M in annual revenue. Buyers start with a discovery call, a tailored demo and a pilot on their own requests, followed by an annual subscription. There is no self-serve plan or free trial, list prices are not published, and supply chain finance and card program enrollment are in Early Access.
