What it does

Simplify is a job search platform built around AI agents. A job seeker builds one profile from a resume upload or a short AI interview, and Simplify matches it against postings indexed from job boards and company career pages, tailors resumes to each job description, drafts cover letters, and tracks every application in one dashboard.

Users apply through the Copilot browser extension, which autofills application forms across major applicant tracking systems. Autopilot goes further, preparing and submitting applications on the user's behalf. An AI job search expert also scores resumes the way a recruiter would, names missing skills and keywords, and surfaces existing connections at target companies, while practice AI interviews add to the profile used for matching.

Simplify covers interns, new grads, career changers, and experienced candidates. It is free for job seekers, with Simplify+ as a paid premium subscription. Autopilot is labeled private early access on one page, so automated submission may not be open to everyone, and match quality depends on how complete the profile is.
