What it does

Symphony Analytics combines AI-agent tooling and communication insights for financial-services firms. Its AI Studio provides an environment for configuring, testing and deploying agents with organizational identity, permissions and audit controls. Teams can use prebuilt agents for tasks such as chat summaries and action-item extraction, connect their own models and data through MCP, or build custom agents using Symphony APIs and development kits.

Agents can support internal teams and client-facing workflows across Symphony’s communications network. Trending Topics analyzes conversations for market-relevant themes, while other workflows derive insights from messaging and voice data. Begin with a demonstration to select use cases, model connections, data access and deployment requirements. Business users can configure no-code agents; developers can implement deeper integrations and multi-step workflows. Confirm which capabilities, underlying content sources and model costs are included in the contract. Identity and audit controls support governance, but outputs and access policies still require review. The former Amenity Analytics identity is retained as product history; it does not establish entitlement to licensed research documents.
