Tactiq
Live meeting transcripts and AI notes for Google Meet, Zoom and Teams
- Tool type
- AI meeting transcription and notes software
- Made for
- Individuals, teams and enterprises running virtual meetings
- Runs on
- Chrome extension for Google Meet, Zoom and MS Teams
- A Download app option is also listed.
What it does
Tactiq takes the audio of a meeting on Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams and produces a live, speaker-labeled text transcript. From that transcript it generates AI summaries, action items, follow-up emails and answers to custom questions. Tactiq does not record or store the audio itself; the transcript is saved as text and is displayed only to you unless you choose to tell other participants that transcription is running.
People use it to capture meeting context without an AI bot joining the call, and to produce follow-ups without writing them by hand. Beyond transcription, it offers one-click AI actions, reusable custom prompts, and AI workflow automations that can share results to tools such as Slack, Notion, Linear and HubSpot. You can also search across transcripts and AI insights to find what was said in earlier meetings.
Tactiq is aimed at individuals and teams who run many virtual meetings, with separate plans for teams and businesses and an education option. It is installed as a Chrome extension, and the free plan requires no credit card. Its free plan includes 5 AI credits and 10 transcripts per month, and AI features pause when those limits are reached until the next month or an upgrade. Installing it across a whole Google Workspace organization requires a G Suite admin, and the MCP and Claude Connector features are labeled beta.
