What it does
Typewise is an AI customer experience platform for businesses. It takes in customer requests from channels such as email, chat, WhatsApp and social, works across business systems such as CRM, ERP and help-center content, and aims to resolve tickets end to end: looking up the order, applying the company's policy, taking actions in connected systems and closing the request, or handing it to a person with full context when approval or judgment is needed.
Teams set up AI specialists in plain language through an AI operator called Nova, which drafts specialists and channel connections and simulates changes before they go live. Every action is logged, AI can be paused for any topic, and built-in approvals, simulations and insights track resolution rates and customer satisfaction. Pricing is usage-linked: a monthly plan plus a per-resolution rate, with full resolutions counted once and partial hand-offs counted at half.
Typewise suits support teams at small and mid-size businesses that want a fast, no-code start, and enterprises that need SSO, a custom DPA and governance. It is used through a web workspace with a 14-day free trial that requires no card. Results depend on connected systems and knowledge quality, and Enterprise pricing is quoted through sales.
