What it does
WRITER Control Center is a governance and control platform for AI agents. Business teams describe multi-step Playbooks in natural language, while IT and platform teams configure models, data connections, guardrails, encryption keys and observability once. Agents then run under those shared controls. It produces agent-executed work across connected business systems, plus logs, usage reports, token-spend views and audit trails.
Business teams use it to build and run agents, while administrators track adoption by team, billing group or seat, set spend alerts and limits, scale or disable Playbooks and Skills, and export audit logs to a SIEM. Developers can deploy their own dockerized apps through Agent Builder v2 or call the Writer API and SDKs. Its distinguishing feature is that policies are defined once and enforced at runtime, with a no-training-on-customer-data commitment.
It suits large organisations where business users want to delegate work to agents but IT needs visibility and control. Access is through a web sign-in, a demo request, or a Starter trial with up to 5 users. Enterprise is sold through sales, and Starter limits Playbooks to 5 and active connectors. Per-seat prices are not shown on the product pages.
