What it does

Yippity is a web-based AI quiz and question generator for teachers. Teachers can paste material or provide a text-based PDF, set the class level, and review generated questions and answers before using them. The pricing page also lists URL and YouTube as supported source types. Teachers can import existing questions, edit quizzes, save them privately in a Library, and reuse them.

Teachers can share assignments with a class roster using links and private student access codes; students do not need email or account signup. Yippity tracks submissions and scores multiple-choice answers against the teacher-approved key. For written answers, it suggests marks that teachers review and adjust. Closing an assignment produces question-level results and suggested teaching activities or follow-up questions. Teachers control when to release feedback and can instead export a student copy and separate teacher key as PDF or editable Word.

The free plan limits monthly generations and new assignments, questions per generation, classes, and active students per class; Pro raises those limits. Existing assignments, marking, and reports remain accessible after caps or a downgrade. Reports and AI suggestions are aids to teacher judgment, not diagnoses or proof of long-term mastery. Public quiz links expose answers as well as questions, unlike private-code assignments.
