What it does
Conductor is a coding-agent workspace app for developers who want to delegate several coding tasks at once. It runs Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and OpenCode; each task gets a separate workspace, branch, files, terminal, diff, and review path. Users can inspect changes and proceed to a pull request, merge, or archive the workspace.
On a Mac, local sessions run on the user's machine and end if the app closes or the machine shuts down. Cloud workspaces run in managed Vercel sandboxes and can continue after the app closes; cloud access requires Pro, Teams, or Enterprise. Users supply their own model subscriptions or API keys. Cloud supports GitHub repositories, not GitLab or Bitbucket, and stores session inputs and outputs on Conductor's servers. The free plan covers local workspaces; cloud compute is included for now, with usage-based pricing planned.
What it can do

- Create isolated workspaces and branches for tasks
- Review diffs
- Open pull requests, merge, and archive workspaces
- Collaborate live by sharing workspaces and prompting agents together
- Continue agent work in cloud sandboxes after closing the app
Works with
- Claude Code
- Codex
- Cursor
- OpenCode
- GitHub
- Conductor API
- Vercel Sandbox
Before you choose
- Local sessions run on Mac and stop when the app closes or the computer shuts down; cloud sessions continue in managed sandboxes.
- Cloud workspace inputs and outputs are stored on Conductor's servers; local session data stays on the user's device.
- Cloud workspaces currently support GitHub repositories only, and usage-based cloud-compute pricing is planned.
- Cloud docs describe Teams as invite-only. Pricing lists a mobile app while docs say coming soon; confirm access before relying on it.

Plans and prices
Free covers local Mac workspaces. Pro is displayed at $50/month and Teams at $60/user/month, billed to the company; company billing does not imply a flat company-wide price. A Team seat does not include a separate personal Pro subscription. Cloud compute is included for now, with usage-based pricing planned. Model-provider subscriptions/API charges are separate.
