What it does

Mastermind is Genomenon’s genomic intelligence platform for clinical laboratories, researchers, and clinicians interpreting germline variants. Users search gene- and variant-level information drawn from biomedical literature, supplemental datasets, and curated content. The product describes AI-supported literature search alongside expert curation, and provides variant summaries and evidence intended to support interpretation and clinical decision-making.

CORE and PRO are editions of the same platform. CORE is free and limited to a subset of roughly 30–35 genes, with gene metrics, search filters, CNV articles and curated variant content.
