- Tool type
- Desktop workspace and orchestration layer for coding agents
- Made for
- Developers and teams running coding agents
- Runs on
- macOS desktop app; experimental Linux AppImage; iPhone and iPad companion app
- Windows is not yet available. Repos and sessions stay local by default.
What it does
Paradev takes a coding project's Git repository and the tasks you assign to AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, or any CLI agent, and produces isolated workspaces where those agents run. Each task gets its own Git worktree, so parallel agents work without colliding in the same checkout. Persistent sessions, diff review of agent changes, and automations that run on events or a schedule round out the workflow.
People use Paradev to run several agents at once and review each one's output as diffs before accepting changes. It is an orchestration layer rather than a model provider: it does not proxy API calls, so you connect your own API keys or existing agent accounts and keep direct control over costs. Repos, worktrees, terminal output, and sessions stay on your machine by default, and an iPhone and iPad app lets you check on agents and review diffs away from your desk.
Paradev suits developers and teams who already use coding agents and want to run them in parallel. The desktop app runs on macOS, with an experimental Linux AppImage; Windows is not yet available. A free plan covers one user with local workspaces, the desktop app, and the CLI, with no credit card required. Paid plans are billed per user, and you still need your own agent subscriptions or API keys.
