Rytr
An AI relationship manager that tracks your client conversations and drafts follow-ups and writing in your voice.
- Tool type
- AI relationship manager and writing assistant
- Made for
- Professionals managing client and partner relationships
- Runs on
- Web, browser extension, iOS and Android app
- Browser extension works in Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn and any text box; briefs also arrive by text.
What it does
Rytr takes in email, Slack, calendar, Google Meet and meeting-note sources you choose to connect, plus text typed into web pages through its browser extension. It produces a running picture of each relationship, morning and evening briefs, meeting prep, and follow-up drafts. It also writes emails, posts, ads and pages from a rough idea, in your own voice or one of 22 tones.
Rytr has two connected parts: Engage, which tracks who needs a reply and what was promised, and Create, which turns notes into finished copy. Because both share the same relationship context, a draft written in Create reflects what Engage has gathered. Briefs can be read in the app or received as texts in iMessage or SMS, and nothing is sent until you approve it.
Rytr suits individual professionals and small teams who manage many client, partner or sales relationships and write frequently. The free plan includes 10,000 characters per month and one connected source. Paid plans are priced per month, with yearly billing available at a discount. Connected sources and relationships are limited by plan, and some briefs and features depend on your plan; email brief delivery is marked as coming soon.

- Writes emails, posts, ads and pages across 40 use cases in your own voice or one of 22 tones.

- Writing a customer announcement
- Input: a rough idea such as a pilot launch note. Steps: pick a use case; choose your voice or tone; generate up to three drafts; edit and finalize. Output: a finished email or post in your voice.
Before you choose
- Source limits apply by plan: Free allows one connected source, Personal two, and Pro all sources.
- Active relationship and Engage-action quotas differ by plan (25 on Free, 250 on Personal, 1,000 on Pro), and person research runs are capped per plan.
- Email delivery of briefs is marked 'coming soon'; text delivery is available now in iMessage or SMS.
